Reservation Information
Deposits
The Alpine requires a two-night deposit to cover the first and last nights of your reserved dates. The deposit must be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Payment by money order or cashier's check. Personal checks accepted if received 14 days prior to arrival. Credit cards accepted only for deposits on last minute reservations. Payment in full upon arrival by cash or credit card only. The standard policy does not apply during certain holiday periods.
Refunds
No refunds on early check-outs. Refunds on cancellations if received 30 days in advance (less 20% handling fee). Otherwise, refunds only if units are re-rented. For Christmas reservations, no refunds if reservations are cancelled after November 1, unless units are re-rented. All refunds require 4 - 6 weeks processing time.
Limitations
Occupancy of a unit is limited to the number of persons stated on the confirmation letter unless prior approval has been obtained. Sorry, we do not allow pets, cooking is permitted only in our kitchen units and all of our units are non-smoking. If for any unforeseen reasons, a requested unit is not available, a unit as close as possible to your choice will be reserved instead.
