| Reservation Requirements |
Reservations & Cancellations:
A deposit of 1/2 is due at the time of reservation.Christmas reservations require a 5-night minimum with balance due by December 1st.Balance for Holiday reservations are due 30 days prior to arrival.Balance on all other bookings is due upon arrival.

| REFUND POLICY |
We can offer 80% refund for cancellation received 30 days prior
to the reservation period. For late cancellations 80% refunds are available only if the unit
is rerented. No refunds are available on "early check-outs." We charge for the days
reserved. We must follow this policy because we have turned people away for the nights you
reserved.
