For each additional person, add $10.00 per person per night. Guests 12 years old and younger stay free. |

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
For guaranteed reservations, we require the following deposits: first and last night rental. Deposits are due within 7 days after booking. if it is necessary to cancel, your deposit will be refunded as follows:
*21 days prior to arrival: 80% of deposit refunded
*Less than 21 days: no refund on deposit
Cancellations for Christmas Holidays, July 4th, Spring Break, Memorial Day Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend are non-refundable. There are no refunds for early departures. Please phone for group and holiday rates or off season
specials and reservations.
Pioneer Lodge has a no pet policy please respect this rule. If you 'sneak" a pet, you will be asked to leave and fined $100.00
Check-In Rooms can not be guaranteed until 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. especially during peak times. Check out is 10:00 A.M.
We bring these things to your attention to avoid any misunderstandings. All the staff sicerely look forward to your visit with us at Pioneer Lodge.

Summer and Winter Holidays - 3 night stay
December 18th thru January 1st - 5 night stay
March 8th thru March 18th - 4 night stay
- All cabins have front poarches where you can sit and watch the skiers come down the mountain.
- 1/2 block from ski lift and Red River Trout Stream
- You can park your car or bus and walk to all areas.
- Fish in our private lake. No license necessary.
- Hot Tub
- Queen Size Beds
At Time Of Check In:
Any balance on reservation is due. Plus $200.00 refundable damage deposit. No refunds. You pay for the dates you've booked. We accept MasterCard, Visa, cash, checks.
