| DEPOSIT & REFUND
POLICY |
A
50% deposit is required for large groups or
during very busy periods (holiday weeks/week
ends, Christmas & Spring Break). Refunds on
canceled reservations received less than 30 days
before the start of the planned stay will only
be returned if the accommodations are rented for
the entire length of the original reservation. A
20% cancellation fee may be charged if extra
costs are incurred. If a reservation is
canceled, every reasonable effort will be made
to re-rent the units. There are no refunds
for early check outs. Please phone for a full
