Check-in is after 2pm and Check-out is by 10am
(There will be a $25 charge for late check-outs or early check-ins)

No pets are allowed
Christmas and other peak times may require a 3, 4, or 5 night minimum
Visa/MasterCard/Discover are welcomed
A credit card or debit card number is required to reserve a room
Rates do not include state and local tax
There are no refunds for early departures
There is a $25 charge if room/kitchen is left excessively dirty

Reservation/Cancellation Policies -

Winter, Summer and Value Reservations
One night's deposit is due within 7 days of placing your reservation. The balance is due on arrival. The deposit is 80% refundable if your reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date and the room is re-booked for all days reserved. If your reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date, there are no refunds for any reason.

Holiday Reservations

Holiday deposits are due within 7 days of placing your reservation and the balance is due by November 1st for Christmas/New Years reservations. For Spring Break reservations, your balance is due in full by February 1st and for Memorial Day weekend reservations, your balance is due by March 15th. On holiday reservations, there are no refunds for any reason.
